Could hidden stressors be the reason for your ongoing fatigue, anxiety, mood swings & irritability, weight gain and sleep problems?
Which hidden stressors keep you in the "red zone"... silently sabotaging your health and keeping you in constant overwhelm?
Why hidden stressors like blood sugar imbalances, poor sleep, silent inflammation or negative thinking can wreck your health just as much as exposures to toxic chemicals ...
Take this short quiz to find out which of the 7 key stressors are to blame!
Many conventional doctors rely on standard lab tests as dictated by health insurance.
When these tests come back within a certain range, they might declare your cholesterol or hormone levels as "normal."
Yet "normal" ranges are based on averages from a broad population, some who are healthy, and many who are not.
This means you could be at the higher or lower end of the "normal" spectrum – but still feel incredibly unwell and be at risk for serious illness without even knowing it!
Without advanced lab testing and a deep understanding of what "normal results" really means, it's impossible to identify your true risk profile and the hidden stressors that may be draining your energy, performance and resilience... like gut & hormone imbalances or nutrient deficiencies!
Finally, let me ask you an important question...
Do you feel "normal?" Do you feel confident you are on the right path to peak health, youthful energy, effective prevention and a sharp mind?
If the answer is "not really"... then this may indicate that you haven't fully addressed all the hidden stressors that may be sabotaging your well-being and happiness.
So if you'd love to get back on the path to vital well-being, and you're wondering what might be sabotaging your health, then take the short quiz!
Meet Dr. Neil Neimark, M. D.
Dr. Neimark is a board-certified family physician, who attended the Ohio State University College of Medicine where he graduated with honors in 1981 and was elected into the scholastic medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. While completing his internship, Dr. Neimark became disenchanted with traditional medicine's focus on treating the symptoms of disease, rather than dealing with the root cause. He realized that even with the best of medical care and technology, patients were unable to break out of the cycle of recurring illness.
Frustrated with his inability to help patients stay healthy, he began searching out the scientific basis for achieving optimal health and preventing disease. In 1984, he attended courses at the Mind/Body Clinic of New England Deaconess Hospital, Harvard Medical School, where he met Herbert Benson, M.D. and Joan Borysenko, Ph.D., pioneers in the field of mind/body health and psychoneuroimmunology. This event redirected his life. With this newfound focus, he finished his residency and went on to complete a fellowship in academic medicine, focusing on the mind/body connection.
Then in 2011, Dr. Neimark continued to pursue his passion for prevention by completing a two year post-doctoral training program in Functional Medicine through The Academy of Functional Medicine and Genomics under the personal tutelage of Dr. Charles Gant, M.D., Ph.D. where he became certified in Functional Medicine.
